Delivery


Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over ₹999.
Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the package.
Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 4-5 days from the date of placement. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and external factors such as customs clearance and carrier delays.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress. You can track your order through our website by clicking on "Order Tracking."


Exchange & Returns
Eligibility: We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of product delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Products that have been used are not eligible for exchange or return.
How to Initiate: Exchanges and returns can be initiated through the "My Orders" section under your account on our website.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please email us with images of the damaged item. We will arrange for the product to be exchanged. Upon receiving the product and passing our Quality Control (QC) check, the correct product will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 working days.


Exchange Process:
Go to "My Orders" under the "My Account" section on our website.
Select the product you wish to exchange and follow the instructions.
For damaged products, email us with images of the item for verification.
Upon QC approval, we will ship the right product within 2 to 3 working days.


Return Process:
- Go to "My Orders" under the "My Account" section on our website.
- Select the product you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Provide the reason for returning the product to help us better understand your needs.
- Our delivery agent will pick up the product free of cost.
- Once we receive the returned product and it passes our QC inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of QC approval.


Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within one hour of order placement.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, write a mail or send a message on WhatsApp to our team. This is only valid within one hour of order placement. Refund will be provided within 2-3 days.
